Tutorial 8.0-Limiting Scrolling Ability

Many times spreadsheet users enter data in incorrect areas or scroll to areas of the spreadsheet where they should not be. To reduce these potential risks a spreadsheet owner can hide rows and columns or limit the scrolling ability of users. This will help limit unintentional data errors.
