Tutorial 7.0: Transposing
Author: Greg Hawes-greghawes@byu.net
Many times, people want data showed in a different format. With a job I was working on, we had one sales spreadsheet that had data horizontally input in rows, but on another spreadsheet, we had to input the data vertically in one column. Doing this by hand can be very tedious. It can also create many opportunities for errors and omissions of data. By using the paste special command to transposed data from text to columns, you can speed this type of data entry and virtually eliminate errors and omissions.
