Tutorial 6.0: Restricting Access

Many businesses allow unrestricted access to all parts of a worksheet. This results in unnecessary risks. By password protecting your worksheets, protecting cells from changes, protecting the workbook as a whole, and setting permissions to only allow certain users access to edit the worksheet companies can limit viewing and editing access to selected users and thus mitigate a major inherent spreadsheet risk.
